You can study yourself.
Use the materials from the General Conference listed below. I especially would encourage you to use the International Institute of Christian Ministries Course
"My brethren and sisters, the Lord has blessed you with intellectual faculties capable of vast improvement. Cultivate your talents with persevering earnestness. Train and discipline the mind by study, by observation, by reflection. You cannot meet the mind of God unless you put to use every power. The mental faculties will strengthen and develop if you will go to work in the fear of God, in humility, and with earnest prayer. A resolute purpose will accomplish wonders. Be open, firm, decided Christians. Exalt Jesus, talk of His love, tell of His power, and thus let your light shine forth to the world."
Personal Ministries is a facet of the church whose origin can be traced to the beginning of Seventh-day Adventist® history in the 1860s. It endeavors to inspire, motivate, equip, train, and mobilize all members for dynamic Christian service with the conviction that "The church of Christ is organized for service" (Ministry of Healing, p. 148) and "Every son and daughter of God is called to be a missionary; we are called to the service of God and our fellow men" (The Ministry of Healing, p. 395).

OTHER Adventist Schools - Here is a comprehensive list of schools all over USA, Canada, and the world. Most of these schools have long term programs - 1, 2, 4 year courses, but please browse for yourself as life is always changing and some of the school may offer shorter programs.
You can even do it full time and get a degree in theology (see above link for Adventist schools), but that is not necessary to share the gospel. Becoming a minister is a calling from God. There are many good Adventist universities that offer this kind of training.
